1. Responsible advertising
Use SpreadFast only for lawful, accurate advertising and legitimate creator work. This policy applies to uploads, AI generations, campaigns, proof submissions and shared outputs.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not promote illegal products or services, scams, violence, sexual exploitation, child abuse, harassment or hate. Do not submit stolen content, expose private personal information, impersonate others, or create deceptive synthetic likenesses or endorsements without permission. Do not use AI to fabricate customer testimonials, product results, official approvals or evidence of campaign performance.
3. Rights and accurate product representation
Have permission for uploaded images, designs, brands, faces, voices and other protected material. Check that an AI-generated ad accurately represents the item you sell, especially clothing details, product quantities, ingredients and claimed benefits. Follow applicable requirements for regulated products and obtain any required approvals before advertising.
4. Creator integrity and disclosures
Follow the campaign brief and applicable social-platform rules. Clearly disclose paid promotions when required. Do not buy fake views, use bots, recycle false proof or manipulate approvals, referrals, payments, trial eligibility or credit balances. Never represent AI-generated people as genuine customers who used or endorsed a product.
5. Platform protection
Do not bypass download restrictions, access other accounts, exploit security flaws, upload malware or overload the service. Report suspected security problems privately through support instead of accessing or exposing other users’ data.
6. Reports and enforcement
Report unlawful content, rights concerns or abuse to tryspreadfast@gmail.com with a relevant URL or job/campaign ID and an explanation. We may remove content or restrict accounts after review, or urgently where needed to protect people or the service. You may contact support to challenge an error. Legitimate consumer remedies and privacy rights remain available.
