1. Who this notice covers
SpreadFast operates the advertising service at tryspreadfast.com for businesses and creators. Contact tryspreadfast@gmail.com about personal data, account deletion or this notice. This notice covers creator campaigns and AI features, including Quick Ads and Fashion Studio. It informs you about processing; using the platform does not by itself provide consent for every possible use of your data.
2. Information we process
Account information includes your name, email, password hash, role and social profile details you provide. Campaign information includes briefs, uploaded media, participation, proof links, screenshots and review outcomes. Quick Ads information includes product or garment photos, generated images and videos, selected styles, job identifiers, generation history, credit balances and usage. Payment and withdrawal records include amounts, references, status and bank details supplied for payouts. Support messages and technical records may include IP addresses, device or browser details, timestamps and error information.
3. Why we use information
We process information to provide requested accounts, generations, campaigns, payments and payouts; communicate service updates; investigate faults, fraud and disputes; protect accounts; and meet legal obligations. Processing needed to deliver your service is based on contractual necessity. Legal records are processed to meet legal obligations. Proportionate security and service administration may rely on legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Where optional processing requires consent, we must obtain it separately and you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. AI processing and uploaded images
Quick Ads sends uploaded images and generation instructions to fal.ai and the model services used for your request to generate commercial images and videos. Fashion Studio processes both front and back photos. Cloudinary stores and delivers uploaded and generated media. Do not upload confidential documents or unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Obtain permission from people whose images or other personal data you submit. Provider processing and retention also depend on their applicable terms and settings; we do not promise that every provider deletes inputs immediately or excludes them from all model improvement uses.
5. Who receives information
Relevant campaign materials, creator submissions and profile information are available to the participants and authorised reviewers who need them to operate the campaign. Paystack processes payments; SpreadFast receives transaction confirmation and reference data rather than storing full payment card details. Resend delivers service emails. Hosting, database, media and AI providers support platform operations. We may disclose relevant information to advisers or authorities when necessary for legal claims or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Publishing or sharing campaign media makes it available to its intended audience and may allow others to copy it.
6. Processing outside Nigeria
Our infrastructure and service providers may process information outside Nigeria. Transfers are subject to applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements, including an appropriate legal basis and safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data; this notice is not blanket consent to unrestricted transfers.
7. Storage and deletion
We retain information for service delivery, account history, payments, dispute handling, security and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, ongoing campaign use and legal obligations. Deleting a Quick Ads history item hides it and blocks its normal generation access, but does not immediately erase uploaded or generated media, transaction records, backups, or campaign copies. Request wider deletion through support. Some records may need to be retained and deletion cannot recall copies other people already lawfully received. Ask us about the retention and deletion applicable to a specific record.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to relevant processing. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Email tryspreadfast@gmail.com; we may verify identity proportionately and explain any lawful limits on a request. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng without first contacting us. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits.
9. Browser storage and security
Browser storage supports sign-in and recovery of payment and generation status. Read our Cookie and Browser Storage Policy for details and controls. We use access controls and other safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect login credentials and media links, which may give the recipient access to the linked content.
10. Children and changes
The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can review and take appropriate action. We will update this notice when practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
