1. Using SpreadFast
SpreadFast is an AI-powered advertising platform for businesses and creators at tryspreadfast.com. These terms cover accounts, Quick Ads (including Fashion Studio), credit purchases, and creator campaigns. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the linked Refund and Credits Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate information, protect your login details, and report unauthorised access. Do not create accounts to evade restrictions or claim extra free trials.
3. What the platform provides
Quick Ads turns an uploaded product image into an AI-generated commercial image and short video. Fashion Studio uses front and back garment photos to create a fashion presentation. Company and promoter accounts can use Quick Ads. Businesses can separately fund campaigns for creators to produce or share content and submit proof for review. Generating a video alone does not publish it to social networks or buy advertising space.
4. AI results and review
AI may change colours, lettering, logos, garment details, shapes, or movement and may produce inaccurate or similar results for different users. Review each output before publishing, including product accuracy and advertising claims. A generation is not a guarantee of a particular creative result, sales, engagement, platform approval, or exclusive copyright. Do not present invented features, testimonials, or endorsements as real.
5. Free trial, credits and downloads
An eligible account receives one free Quick Ads preview. Before a verified credit purchase, its video is preview-only and watermarked. A verified credit purchase unlocks the saved completed trial for download and campaign use without deducting another credit; that access does not depend on keeping an unused credit balance. Each subsequent successfully completed generation uses one credit, including Fashion Studio. Failed generations do not use a credit. Re-generating a completed video is a new generation. Credits are account usage units, separate from creator earnings, and cannot be withdrawn as cash through the creator wallet.
6. Prices and payments
Credit packs are one-off purchases, not recurring subscriptions. The credit count and naira price shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Paystack processes payments; credits or campaign activation require successful server-side verification. If charged but still pending, use payment confirmation or contact support with the reference before paying again. 7. Creator campaigns and earnings
The current campaign price is ₦20,000 per creator slot, including a 25% platform share (₦5,000) and a ₦15,000 creator allocation, subject to fulfilment and approval of the campaign requirements. Existing campaigns keep their recorded purchase terms. Review the campaign brief, deliverables, deadlines, displayed earnings and any applicable withdrawal conditions before participating. Earnings require valid proof and approval; joining a campaign alone does not guarantee payment. Fraudulent engagement, copied proof and misleading submissions are prohibited. We may investigate disputed submissions and explain review outcomes through support. Future price changes apply to future transactions, not retrospectively to completed purchases.
8. Content rights and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your uploaded materials. Only upload images, trademarks, music, personal likenesses and other material that you own or have permission to use and process with AI. You grant SpreadFast and its service providers a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, transform, transmit and display that material as needed to deliver your requested services and campaign participation. This operational licence is not permission to use your private uploads in unrelated public promotions. Agree any additional creator-content reuse rights in the campaign brief; participation does not automatically transfer every creator right.
9. Use of generated content
You may use downloadable outputs for lawful business advertising, subject to rights in your inputs, third-party rights and applicable provider restrictions. SpreadFast does not guarantee that AI outputs qualify for copyright or are free of third-party claims. Follow the rules of the social network where you publish, including required advertising and AI-content disclosures.
10. History, access and deletion
Save copies of downloadable videos you need. Deleting an item removes it from your ad history and disables its normal generation access; it does not restore spent credits or reset trial eligibility. Billing records and media, including assets used in existing campaigns, may remain stored. Deletion from history does not recall copies already downloaded or shared. Contact us for a personal-data deletion request.
11. Misuse, suspension and disputes
We may restrict content or accounts for unlawful activity, fraud, security risks or material policy violations. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to challenge an error. Restrictions do not remove lawful refund rights or automatically forfeit legitimate earned balances. We may pause disputed transactions while investigating.
12. Service availability and responsibility
AI providers, hosting, payments and social networks can experience delays or outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits arising from campaign outcomes or third-party disruptions. Nothing here excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
13. Changes, law and contact
Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account or service notice before taking effect where required; the date below identifies this version. Contact tryspreadfast@gmail.com about accounts, complaints or these terms. You retain access to competent courts and relevant regulators; contacting support does not waive those rights.
